We hope you love your purchase but we understand sometimes things just don't work out.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, please notify us through email within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement.
- Customer Service Email: contact@brookeblackboutique.com. Please include your full name, order number, and item(s) you are returning.
- Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date.
- All returns will receive store credit in the form of an online gift card via email. Store credit is just like cash and never expires.
- Brooke Black Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance in locating your package.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
- Original tags must be attached and intact.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of the packaging.
How to Return:
- Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date.
- Unfortunately, we do not issue prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the return costs.
- Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and emailed after delivery.
